Tkpk Terms & Conditions: What You Need to Know
These Terms apply to all use of the tkpk platform. Please read them in full before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the tkpk platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. tkpk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect upon publication.
These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or above who reside in Bangladesh. Minors are not permitted to use this platform, and tkpk maintains a strict stance on this matter. Users are required to provide accurate age and identity information at registration; providing false information will result in account termination.
Account Creation & Security Rules
To open an account on tkpk, users must provide their real name, an active mobile number, and a correct date of birth. Each individual may only maintain one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. tkpk may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing others to use your account or transferring account credentials to anyone else is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, contact the Help Center immediately. tkpk will never ask for your password or full login details.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must conduct themselves honestly, lawfully, and respectfully toward others at all times while using the platform. Fraudulent activity, attempting to hack the system, using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage, and misleading other users are all strictly prohibited. If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their own country. tkpk must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or other financial crimes. Harassing other users, sending obscene or hateful messages, and spreading false information on the platform are strictly prohibited.

Payment, Transaction & Balance Policy
All transactions on the tkpk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are clearly stated on the platform and are subject to change. Users must use a payment method registered in their own name; transactions through another person's account are strictly prohibited.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. tkpk reserves the right to temporarily place a hold on withdrawals to review suspicious transactions. If a transaction fails for any reason, funds are generally returned within 3–5 business days, though this may also depend on your payment service provider. Bonus or promotional balances are subject to separate terms and cannot be withdrawn directly.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The tkpk platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. tkpk's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or issues with third-party services. If the outcome of any bet or game is affected by incorrect data, tkpk reserves the right to review and revise the result in accordance with its established policy. tkpk is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions.
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the tkpk platform are the intellectual property of tkpk. Users may not copy, distribute, reuse, or commercially exploit these assets. Any third-party content appearing on the platform remains the intellectual property of its respective owner.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Tkpk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms violations. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned through the designated process, though this may not apply in cases involving rule violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.
If these Terms are updated, tkpk will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in Bangladeshi courts. tkpk is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites or services linked from the platform.
